I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, but I’m a native Minnesotan.
And I’ve always wanted to learn about the people behind the Civil Engineering program at the University of Utah, so I applied.
I graduated with a Bachelors in Civil Engineering in 2011.
I’ve worked with civil engineers around the world, and I’ve spent many years working with civil contractors, building projects like a new tunnel under the Arizona-Mexico border.
So I know a thing or two about civil engineering.
The Utah Civil Engineering license is a good fit for someone who wants to build an engineering project that will have a ripple effect throughout the entire state.
For the license, you’ll need to have an engineering degree from a Utah-based institution.
This license allows you to work in any field and to do work for the public good.
It also allows you the ability to carry a gun in Utah.
Utah requires an Engineering License to practice civil engineering in the state, and this is why the license has the word “Civil” in its name.
My application was accepted by the Utah State Department of Licensing in February of 2018, and on February 7, 2019, I got my license.
In November of 2019, my first day on the job, I was asked to help with a project.
The project involved constructing a tunnel from a tunnel site near Salt Lake City to a large salt marsh.
When I walked into the building, I thought I’d find the work of a civil engineer.
The Salt Lake County Building Commission and Utah Department of Transportation are two of the largest employers in Utah, and it was a great opportunity to learn more about their projects and their work.
On the first day of my shift, I walked out of the building and saw a group of young civil engineers sitting in front of a giant steel pipe.
They were excited to learn the intricacies of their jobs.
I explained the job description and asked if they had any questions.
The engineers in the group smiled and nodded their heads in agreement.
At the end of the day, I asked one of the young engineers what the best thing about working at the tunnel site was.
She replied, “It’s like I’m an engineer.”
It was the first time I’d ever heard that phrase, and the feeling was instant.
I knew this job was different.
Since I started my engineering degree at the university in 2015, I’ve become a certified engineer.
And the next thing I knew, I had an amazing experience.
After I started, I received a second license in the same state.
This time, I also got to work with a group that was also looking to build a new highway.
They had an entire team of engineers, and they were in the process of building a new freeway.
I asked the young engineer if he wanted to work on the project.
“Yes,” he said, and he walked away.
As soon as I saw his enthusiasm for the project, I immediately thought, “Wow!
This is going to be amazing.”
I started to work closely with the engineering team to build out the tunnel.
During the project phase, I developed a series of tests that I had to pass to ensure the tunnel would work properly.
I then developed the design of the new highway that would connect the Salt Lake Valley to the Salt Creek.
The tunnel was completed and I completed the project in just under six months.
This is a great story for someone new to civil engineering to learn from.
If you’re looking for a license in Utah or Montana, you may want to apply to a project or a project project in the next few weeks.
